The bill (Reg. No. 3302) suggests supplement the existing law with two new articles under which, in order to ensure operational condition of special social infrastructure of the territory of Rivne ad Khmelnytsk Oblasts that belongs to the surveillance area of Khmelnytsk nuclear power station, the building owner of power generating units No. 3 and 4 of Khmelnytsk nuclear power station allocates 10 % of general estimate cost of building of the abovementioned power generating units by paying socio-economic risk compensation fee to population residing on the surveillance area.

People’s deputies believe that the suggested amount of financing is not confirmed by justified calculations.
